Here’s a great chicken pasta recipe for those of you that like a little zip in your pasta – the salsa is they key here and feel free to use the hot, mild or medium. Presented by Sue Mallick of Food City, it includes the following ingredients:
8 0z pasta (penne or mostaccioli)
3 celery ribs, chopped
2 tsp garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 yellow pepper, chopped
3 tbsp olive oil
1 chicken, cut up
1 16 oz jar of salsa
1 tbsp parsely flakes
1/2 tsp salt
